How long is the wait for the interview to be schedule ?
I checked online and it says my case if ready to be schedule for an interview as of January 13 2015

Hi Am new on this forums but I have the same with you just on my status online they said as January 13 2015 we are ready to schedule for an interview and then I didn't hear anything from them if you have any new update plz let me know since we're in the same boat.

Have you received your ID and advanced parole? If you applied for them I would appreciate any information.

Mr RayB, please I need urgent respond to this question, before my wife's decision. My wife did her ear surgery before now, but was cleared today by the doctor that she had lost her hearing, for that, she will be using ear aids, so she decided to put in for disability. Can her application for disability affect my immigration paper am pursuing? Although she is not my sponsor on form i-876. What do we do sir??? Am confused , I don't know if this will course an embargo in my document as I am still waiting for USCIS to schedule my interview.

I can't give you a qualfied answer to your question without knowing more about what your procedure involves. Offhand, I would suggest that her medical condition and application for medical assistance shouldn't affect your Adjustment of Status.

I didn't apply for advance parole ... I have two kids 3 and under not trying to fly anywhere right now ... I didn't receive my ead card or ss ... Can u also please keep me updated I will do same

In first days of January online case status has been updated as "an interview is to be scheduled ", then I received a letter with interview details on January 24, and hopefully we will be passing the interview on February 23!

I don't know in what city and state you are, I'm in Texas and I have received an invitation for the interview in about 3 weeks after online updates on my case. In first days of January online case status has been updated as "an interview is to be scheduled ", then I received a letter with interview details on January 24, and hopefully we will be passing the interview on February 23!

I actually got my ead today! ☺ Now I can go and get my ssn... I think it takes couple weeks to get a ssn card in mail after applying. ..
