Thanks RayB for the response. I have so many questions but I'll take it a step at a time. My wife has never worked nor filed taxes. Her mom is going to be my sponsor. What are the other documents I need from her except for her taxes? Also I will appreciate it if you can expanciate better on how to fill the firm since it is not my wife supporting me.
    Thanks in advance

Where is your paperwork now? Has the petition been approved and is now at the NVC?

Paperwork is at hand, it hasn't been submitted yet. I just want to know ahead before I start filling all the paperworks.

Are you being processed while in the States for a visa conversion and Adjustment of Status? Or are you being processed abroad for a visa?

            This is the story RayB,
I'm in the state as F1 and currently in status. My wife is a US Citizen so does her mom. Therefore, I'm in the states for visa conversion.

Your wife has to prepare her I-864 as primary sponsors and include an attachment explaining why she has not filed an income tax return.
Her mom must prepare an I-864 as a joint sponsor and include copy of her most recent Federal income tax return, W2 and/or 1099 forms, copy of U.S. birth certificate or U.S. passport ID page or Green Card.

                I-485 Notice of Action

Is Fingerprint Fees received for Form I-485 means they Have received my Form I-485. Why USCIS did not say Instead they Received my Form I-485? Because they said they received Form I-765 for EAD and I-131 for AP. Just I am Confused though I have only received email and text message and I have not got Paper Notice of Action.

I'm from NYC too; my case status is that they are ready to schedule an interview as of December 24th, and I haven't received a date yet; I received my EAD last week and I'm going to file for SSN tomorrow. I believe the NYC office has long wait times; I'm pregnant, due April 8th, was hoping to have it all done by then, but I'm not so sure if it'll work out.
I'm in Long Island Ny . I'm ready to schedule an interview as of nov 17. I still waiting
