Moral Turpitude Crime without arrest I-485

I was summoned to Municipal Court by Macy's for shoplifting charges but Macy's representative did not appear for scheduled court date. Therefore, case was automatically dismissed. I never dealt with any law officers, only Macy's loss prevention officers. Therefore, how do I answer the Moral Turpitude question on I-485?

I have no evidence to submit with the case. The court case was dismissed without any paperwork, and the only thing I could possibly get is the court summons letter.

Any advice?
