I-130 approved i-485 denied due to incomplete medical form

So we received a denial letter 09.16.16 stating i-485 was denied because they sent us 2 RFE letters about the incomplete medical form.
1st RFE letter (08.11.16)- missing ID info on the medical form 2nd RFE letter (08.30.16) - missing part 5 A remarks on TB testing and exception and STD testing remarks.

Submitted the RFEs as soon as they came. But now the denial says the Part 5 STD remarks was still missing. Devastating news.

What to do now? Which is fastest motion to reopen or refile the whole i-485?

So did you go to an authorized USCIS Civil Surgeon?

Go back to the doctor (USCIS-listed) and have him redo the I-693 with information requested with RFE's. Since denial occurred, you must resubmit the I-485 package with $1,070 fee. To reopen with $600+ fee would not work, as the denial was based on valid denial reasons.
