First thank the LORDS how ever my case turns out.
To all the occupance of the room good-day to you all, all the December filers hope you guys will get some interview notice soon. To all that have applied to Adjustment of Status good luck. To the Senior members and Administrators helping all of us in the group thanks for your kind hospitality, patients followed by diligence.
I went to my Interview today, It was scheduled for 12:45 in Atlanta Georgia. My wife and I both attended, the interview started on a bad note as the IO asked me when did i got engaged and I looked at my wife and said like July 5th 2012 and She the IO stated if i wanted you wife to answer I would have asked her and from there I just got heated.
The IO asked me where did i met my wife I told her the Internet so she asked if i went online to seek a relationship and i told her No it just started like that.
She then asked if when i got here if i had any intention of going back and i told her YES then she started to say I'm the first of my nationality had intention on going back and i implied I had intention on going back then. She then said but you overstayed and i said yes i did.
She asked when did i got married when was my reception my wife date of birth when was the first time me and my wife talk which site it was and I told her then she said how do i remember all these thing i told her I have photographical memory then she asked who told me that and if i was tested by a doctor for me to say that and I concurred that that's my belief.
We went on and on but i remain polite and kept it kool even though i was burning up inside. She also went as far o say how comes I just applied after over 2.5 years of marriage and i told her financial constrain prevented us from doing so.
The interview went on cor about 30 minutes she loved our photo album in the end . She also told me I'm not allowed to leave the country if i do so befire getting a green card i will be barred fir 10 years and i will be considering abandoning my status. Even though i have my advance parole but in the end she told me she is recommending me cor approval and I will get my Greencard in the mail within 14-30 day and if i dont get it within 120 days do an info pass.
She also took my I-94 and gave me a paper stating that my case was recommended for approval. She Literally told me that she approved my case so i guess i will have to wait to see. At the same time my I-130 is still showing that my case is received in Deember but its not approved as yet so i will just wait and put everything in Father GOD Hands.Comment
