PACKET Submission

Hi! Could anyone suggest what's the most appropriate way to organize and submit the packet?
should it be in folders or paper clips?
Would appreciate if you could help me on this.

I don't think there's any hard and fast rule to it; except that it's presented in a neat fashion. I have heard many people used the folders. You could also separate with colored mark stick papers. Not sure of its name. All the best!!
