i-601 waiver

Hello,
I filled for an AOS (married to a US citizen) I just received my receipts for the forms i-130 i-485 i-765 and for biometrics too... My question is: do i have to file for this waiver, I entered legally with a B2 Visa and i-94 but my i-94 is expired .. Pls help

There is no reason for you to apply for an I-601 waiver.
