What will happens if I (Student- no job & no health insurance right now) and my wife ( medical assistance with Obama care) have joint Tax returns? I mean someone told me that i would be fined 100-200$ when we fill out the tax returns together due to the lack of health insurance. is it right or wrong? I'm gonna get SSN next week and prepare to have joint Tax returns, so please answer my question as quickly as possible. Thank you so much ^^
