Just buy a marriage iicense and have a civil ceremony. The whole thing won't cost you much more than $100 or so.
Why the heck do you want to buck very basic and minimal immigration requirements?
The U.S. is one of the easiest countries in the world to marry, no matter where the foreign partner comes from.
A foreigner trying to marry in Switzerland can chase around government offices in Switzerland and Swiss Consulates overseas and never succeed in marrying in Switzerland.
Marrying in Philippines requires two special documents, one from a U.S. Consulate and another from the National marriage registry (NSO), a marriage license, a 10-day waiting period, mandatory marriage counselling, then at least a civil ceremony if you can find a licensed pastor or get an appointment for a civil ceremony.
Marrying in Cambodia requires going through several government agencies and passing the "age" requirement.
And you want to try and get a Green Card without even marrying

Common law marriage in Texas
Thanks for the head up rayb... Will it be a problem if the civil marriage was just between us? No parents or friends. You have any idea what is the waiting time to get a marriage certificate after the civil marriage in Texas?

There is no reason for any third parties to be made aware of the marriage.
The time before a certified marriage certificate is issued varies, between one and four weeks. But if the civil ceremony is performed by a licensed person, a "ceremonial" certificate or annotation on the marriage license is usually made available within a couple of days.
