Adjustment of status process
my mother is a permanent resident and im under 21 years old and have a B1/B2 visa, she wants to bring me to the U.S with her, our question is: can we fild out the 1-485 form, can I stay in the U.S while my request is been process and how long will the process take? Thank you.
