Thanks mr RayB for ur fast respond, my form were all correct. The initial evidence they requested was submitted, my joint sponsorship, they later requested for my wife owns, which I also sent to them, before I decided to request for expedite cos the delay was becoming out of hand.

Please advise me!! I applied for asylum in Virginia and I got married to U.S. citizen and moved to MN . I just filled adjustment of status and to my surprise I got called for asylum interview in Virginia one day after I submit a change of address . I guess that did not receive the update . I don't want to attend the interview . I want to proceed with my adjustment of status first but I don't want my asylum case to be clothed. Is there a way to tell them to hold my case? If there is where do I submit the request in MN or Virginia since I already filled change of address ?? Please help

You can't have an asylum and Adjustment case running in parallel at the same time. If you don't show for the Asylum hearing you may receive a voluntary removal order within a specified period of time. You're trying to move too fast, and that's not how immigration procedures move here, especially not two at the same time.

Go to the Asylum hearing.

Can somebody please help me with some information?

This is my timeline
January 5th : Sent the package (i-485, i765, i131, and all the other forms.)
Jan12th: They received the packages and started working
Jan17; Biometric Appoinment set for Feb 3th
Feb 3rd: Went for biometrics (quick and easy)
Feb 5th: They resquest initial evidence and a letter was sent to my
mail (which i never received)
Feb 9th: Case ready for interview (But they dont say when it will be)
March 9: We request your card to be produced
March 16: Your card has been mailed.

Here are my concerns;
-I never received the Inicial Evidence Letter or (RFE), so i called andopen a case for the letter to be resend to me.
-In the webpage still says that they have sent me one in feb 5th, but in the little updates it says that the case was reviewed for the letter and they have resent it to me in march 11. (I HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING YET)

*When Am i going to get the tracking number for my EAD?

My case number starts with MSC and i would like to know what does
"MSC" stands for.
I live in union city, new jersey.

I ve been reading in this blog about MSC cases that they take long to be processed and stuff. I dont know where my office would be, I think
it would be in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

MSC stands for Missouri Service Center, which handles a lot of the Adjustment backup processing.

You should schedule an INFOPASS live appointment to find out what the RFE was about. Most likely it had something to do with sponsorship documents. To schedule an INFOPASS appointment go to: https://infopass.uscis.gov/
