Hey All,
I applied for the greencard from my spouse. When I applied for greencard, my wife was permanent resident. after a while my i130 was approved then, i applied for i485, after everything was completed, like biometris and interview, I got notice back saying "Notice of file transfer for Visa Regressed Cases" and the case is being transferred to "National Benefit Center (Family-based case)". Last week my spouse got naturalization and became citizen of USA. Now, as I was thinking before, I think now I can upgrade my case as my spouse is citizen. I do not know how to upgrade case and where to contact as case was transferred to NBC!
Has anyone encounter any issues like this and what did u guys do!!
