B2/Adjustment of status on the basis of marriage

Hi,

I am a naturalized citizen over 21, and my mom and her 10 year-old son (my half-brother) are coming to visit me (on a B-2 Visa) for the summer with no intent to stay. My mom has been in an on and off relationship with an American citizen for about 15 years. He wants to surprise her with a proposal when she's here. Assuming she says "Yes," what are her next steps and options in terms of adjusting her status and that of her minor son?

Hi, i was in the same situation than your mom, but my relationship was 1 year old, i had a daughter from other marriage... I came to USA with a B2 with my i94 to give him the news i was pregnant and he asked me to stay and we got married here, now we're asking for an AOS (he applied for me and my daughter ) now i have a month since i sent my papers and i already received the biometrics appointment my daugther is 8 years old.... Hope my situation help you
