I-864 Part 6

Hey everyone

If the petitioner(Spouse) is unemployed and has no income and never filed tax return, then on the form I-864 what to put on
Part 6. 6a through 17 , while a Joint Sponsor will submit I-864 and is able to meet the poverty guide line alone ?

Put '0' for petitoner income, and leave tax return fields blank.

Include an attachment statement explaining why the petitioner has no income and has not filed income tax returns.
