Sponsoring employer merged with another company
I'm currently working on EAD under EB3 category. My priority date is Dec 2004. Currently I'm not working for the company that sponsored my PERM. I recently came to know that the company that filed my PERM has now merged with another company. My PERM has NOT been cancelled by the sponsoring company.
How does the merger affect my case when the time gets closer to my priority date? What documents will USCIS ask to present? Are there any other things I should be aware of or need to prepare ahead of time?
