my wife is a U.S citizen , we were married in pakistan but now we both in U.S.
i am on a b1/b2 category visa and now i want to apply for adjustment of status.

which forms i have to be filled.

Your wife needs to submit form I-130 with $420 fee, and I-485 with other supporting docs and $1,070 fee, to the USCIS Chicago lockbox.
