  • RFE - including letter in response - empty form too?

Hello everyone! This is my very first post in this forum and I hope you can give me some advice and share your knowledge/experience. My husband (US Citizen) and I (applicant) applied together for AOS for me (I-130 and I-485 simultaneously) and we received a RFE letter a week ago, to which we already responded. However, right after I sent the evidence back I realized something which I am not sure is a reason to worry about, but gets me concerned anyways:
According to the "instructions" in the letter you are supposed to include the letter itself in the response. I neatly had put everything together and included each page of the letter on top of the "stack of evidence" all in order. The letter was three pages of notes regarding the requested evidence and then there had been a form added (supplement A to Form I-485 under section 245(i)) that someone is supposed to fill out if they entered the United States without inspection. However since I did of course not enter the United States illegally (sent the evidence for that accordingly as well) I didn't have to fill out this form and therefore did NOT include it in the response to the RFE, since it didn't even occur to me, because this form was not eligible in my case and I never really thought of it as part of the letter...
Was I however supposed to include the empty form and could this be an issue since the response to an RFE is a one-time opportunity?

    I truly appreciate any feedback!
