Hi all,
I received my I130 approval based on F2B application (Greencard through permanent resident parents for unmarried child over age 21) about two weeks ago. Right now I'm living in the US via H1B visa. In the approval notice it is mentioned that "The petition indicates that the person whom you are petitioning is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status. He or She should contact the local USCIS office to obtain Form I-486, Application for Permanent Residence". My priority date is August 2014 and I know they are currently working on cases were filed in 2008 so what should I do ? I need to wait until my priority date become current or I can file I-485?
Also I should mention that I have a business green card case through my company too and it seems my priority date for that case is current and if I can file this form is there any conflict between them?
Thanks
