Dear All,
I got my I-140 application filed under EB1, outstanding researcher approved. After that I have filed my I-485, I-765 and I-131 application on Feb 9, 2015. I got my biometric exam done on March 9, 2015. All filings for me and my wife have been done and payed for by my present employer. Currently we both are on H1B visa (expires Sep. 2017) and work similar jobs for separate companies. Now, if I get laid off from my present job, what would be my options and my status. The Green card process was done for me with my wife added at the AOS stage. Any advice, thoughts will be most appreciated.
