Hello helpful folks,
I had a question about form i-864, which I'm filling out to sponsor my wife's AOS. I made $30,000 last year, which is well above the poverty line set by USCIS/federal government, but the previous 2 years, I made much less than the poverty line. I currently have 2 jobs that are on temporary contracts, but tend to be renewed.
Anyway, is just the 1 tax year enough? If so, should I submit my previous years' tax returns anyway, even if they don't help my case? Do I need further documentation that I will continue to make the same amount?
