I shall file my I-485 via my attorney within March. However, my H1B and my family members' H4s will all expire on April 30.
At the moment, my attorney only requested my employer to help me to file the extension of my H1B ONLY. He said that my EAD would not be available before my H1B expiry and so, I need the H1B extension to make me able to continue working for my employer. However, he is of the view that my family members do not need to renew their H4s. I just want to know if it is the case....
