Received a yellow letter, had a couple of questions
Hello there!
About a month ago I submitted my documentation bundle in order to become a US permanent resident. However today I had a yellow letter back, a "request for initial evidence" - I did a rather silly thing and forgot to attach scans of my wife and mother in laws passports (Sponsor and co-sponsor) to my forms, and naturally USCIS are requestion them in regards to the I-I30 and I-864
My question is - do I only require to send scans of their proof of citizenship (Namely passports) attached to the initial letter, or do I also need to send in new versions of the initial forms?
