I got a mail sayind that my application was denied cause i failed to summit all the information. I failed to summit the complete federal income tax returns, because i only summit the w2.. i thought that was the only thing that they need.. so at the end they said that there is no appeal to this decision. However, if im placed in removal proceeding i may be able to renew this application in such proceedings. I havent got any notice of being in removal proceedings... what should i do... i have all the information that they need .. help please

Since you did not respond correctly to the Request for Evidence, you should resubmit your Adjustment of Status with complete documentation, sponsorship docs and a new fee.

What about my case? When i check my status online it says that they sent the rfe letter, but i havent received anything. They said that they sent t in feb 5th and i should of have by march 7h i never received the letter and i ve called twice to let them know.
They said they will send it again in march 10th and still nothing has come to my mail.
What happen in tha situattion? Could i get denied aswell eventhough i called?Comment

Can we assume that you had them verify the address that they used for you when sending the RFE?

Your postal delivery person might not recognized your name as being a resident and might be returning the mail addressed to you.
