Conditional residence

Hi Everyone,

I filed in feb 07 this year for an AOS (through marriage) and this same year in April 09 is our 2year anniversary.... We had a baby (now 1yr 6 months old) am i a candidate for a permanent residence or conditional?

It could go either way, since you had not been married 2 years or more when you applied for Adjustment.
