Recently, there is a serious problem (I think) about my case that I wanted to ask for your advice. Please help me with it.
My wife has just filled a 2014 tax return recently. However, the problem is that she was listed as a dependant to her parents in 2014 tax return. We got married on September 2014. She worked part-time as a sales representative. Her income is certainly not enough for her to live independently. We're living mostly on my income (from my country of origin and that income cannot be used for the I-864 form).
I dont know if that's gonna affect my I-864 form? I have my cousin as a co-sponsor. Please help me to fix this problem?
