Question: What to take for GC Stamping on Passport

Hi,

I recently received the Courtsey Copy of the approval notice for my I-485.

Can I take the courtsey copy to the Consulate ? Or do i need to wait for the official copy.

Any word of experience is appreciated.

Hi. I just had mine done today -- finally! Yes, you can bring the courtesy copy (that's what I brought) and the other requirements such as the ADIT pictures, your passport, I-94 card, and EAD's and AP's (they'll take it if you have one) and proof of ID (i.e driver's license).

I even brought with me a lot of documents that might be asked just in case they ask for it but nope, it was done so quickly and I was never asked anything.
