AOS from b1/b2 visitor's visa

Hi guys, I have a situation and I hope you can help me. I'm in the US on a visitor's visa, and it's gonna expire on April 29th. I'm wondering if I marry a US citizen whether I qualify for adjustment of status or not, knowing that I never had that intention when I first entered the US. And if I my visa expires while I'm married and before I apply for AOS, am I gonna be deported? or is that gonna create problems?
