Hello everyone,
I just got married last month and is preparing my immigration application now. My husband, an US citizen, currently has a decent job which is over property line, but he was oversea as a exchange student last year so didn't make much money (Only few thousands). I have a stable job since last year and our incomes combining is far over property line. I'm not sure should i also include my income in I-864 because my husband is making enough money this year? If I only use his income, is it possible that USCIS thinks my husband's income is still unstable because he didn't make enough money last year?(He's also currently a college student)
Thanks in advance!
Jessica
