I seem to be reading different information on when to give evidence for bonafide marriage, such as joint leases, bank accounts etc. Is it with the application that is sent in? And if so, with what form? Or is it only needed to be provided at the interview?

Submitting evidence for bonafide marriage in application or interview?

It depends on which form you are submitting, and whether you are being processed inside the U.S. or abroad.
If submitting the I-484 Adjustment package with an i-130, the various supporting documents (proof of cohabitation, commingling of financial affairs, etc.) are not used until your interview.

Sorry for not being clear at all. We are submitting the I-485 with an I-131, as a spouse already in the US. So evidence together with the I-130 is not needed right now but only at the interview? Is the evidence together with I-130 only needed if the spouse isn't filing a I-485 at the same time?
