My attorney sent of the package and USCIS received it on Dec.29
Biometrics Feb 2
EAD combo card in mail March 9
So I am waiting for my status to change to ready to schedule interview. -
NY December filer
Same here. Applied end of December, got travel and work permits in March, waiting for interview to be scheduled. Wish it was scheduled already!Comment

I sent my package out December 4th
My package was accepted December 8th
Got my acceptance December 11th
Got my first noa in December 23rd
Did my finger print jan 6th
Got my ead February 25th

Uscis received my paperwork 1/16
Text /email confirmations 1/21
Got I-797s in the mail 1/28
Biometrics appoint 1/30 for 2/10
Went for biometrics 2/10
2/18 case ready for interview
3/17 ead approved/ordered new card
3/24 card shippes usps with tracking info
3/26 got EAD card
We to social security office to get ss# and the they were really mean told me to wait 4 weeks for them to confirm documents with DHS.
Anyone had the same issue? How long till ss card?Comment

I realize most people status has change to 'ready to schedule interview', my status still hasn't change. but I am not too concern because I am still within the processing time. At least I can travel and work. I am actually got my learners permit last week and I am going to schedule my driving test tomorrow.Comment

Had the same story with my SS ! they told me the same to wait 4 weeks But it's not true. Got my SS card in 5 working days. ( I am January filler too, and my status didn't change at all for I-485 ) Still fingerprints fee was received.

Still waiting here , since January 21st my AOS stats: waiting to schedule interview . Got my ead in feb 5th and had a very pleasant experience at ss office. I got my ss in 6 daysComment

Twenty we are in the same boat I check the processing times in the Long Island field office and it still says may 20th,2014 ... Ahhh it's making me craZyComment

If you notice though our office in long island states that the last time the office update their progress was on january 31 2015 and that they posted those dates on march 6 so i think they should be a little be ahead of may20th as stated on the chart dont you think?Comment

Hi guys, I just got the receipt notice of action I-797C today. It says the Biometrics schedule will be mail to me. May I ask when will I get the Biometrics appointment?
I also want to apply for the Social security card. Can I use the receipt I-797C to apply it? I saw many people in the forum said they need EAD card to apply for SSC. However I haven't apply for my EAD yet.
