My undocumented friend has been married for 3 years to a US citizen and they have a kid together. The wife wants to petition him but they have a few documents missing. The wife was born in Thailand and became a US citizen. She can no longer find her birth certificate. She called the Embassy and they said they have no way of getting it for her. What are her options?

The husbands problem is that he cant find his I-94 but his passport has a stamp that he went through immigration

Hi, your friend wife is a petitioner, and she doesnt need to submit her birth certificate, only her ID and Naturalization Certificate, thats what i did when i submit my document.
I dont know about I-94.

Your friend can print out his I-94 online. He will need his passport Data page tho and did you say undocumented?

I dont think your can print his I-94 since they just recently started doing it electronically.
If he came here many years he has to file form I-102 for replament of I-94 because he will need to have it for his interview.
You can submit form I-102 with adjustment of status package to get both processes going
