case denied, need help please

I send I751 July 28
finger print on August 18
call to check status on Dec 26
send email to office virginia on Feb 18
call again on March 28 they said waiting 6 month
March 16 got the denied letter said they send letter on November 3,Request for Evidence (RFE)
March 16 called and told them we didn't get nothing after we done fingerprint
they still need me to re file again!!!!

If you are going to re-filled your petition, you need to do so quickly, since your previous case was denied. Make sure along with what you filled before, you clude, the RFE; or when you prepare your package you could list it here to be help. Good luck!!
