Hello there,
Can you please help me with some questions I have.
1. I am a home maker, so my question is that when filling form I 864 should I put "0" as my income? and in part 1e of this same form should I mark as the first sponsor, and then my co-sponsor who is my husband should submit another form I 864 marking the part 1e as joint sponsor?
2. My husband and I have saving account under our names? Does this count as an asset for me?
3. In form I 864A in part 2 (sponsor's promise) who should sign that part? me as the petitioner or my joint sponsor?
4. As a foster parent, I include the 2 youth that we are taking care, but didn't include their monthly income since these is for them only. Should I explained USCIS that they are our foster kids?
