My fiance came to the US on a K1 visa, he had his medical exam in Brazil just 1 month ago - so I understand he doesnt need another exam.
So, do we still need to visit the civil surgeon to fill out the I-693? Also, I have the vaccination records that says he has everything required by the US. But this is the only medical paperwork I have except for receipts of his bloodwork and exam in Brazil. Does the civil surgeon need anything else, like access to the original exam results from Brazil? I don't have those, and when I asked him, the immigration officer didn't see them in the envelope we gave him.
I would like to know what I need and what to expect for this part of the process.
Thanks for help - the paperwork can be so overwhelming at times.
