Hello Friends. I just received an RFE on pending I-485 application from CSC. I need to send the response before Sep 14th. Second fingerprinting is scheduled on July 17th. I am maintaining H1B status.
If I get married at this stage and if I am not able to get the H4 stamping for my spouse before my GC gets approved, what are the options to bring my spouse in US? Does it make sense not to send the RFE response before we get the H4B stamping?
