Hello everyone,
So, I have a question.
Lets say a person has been in the US for over 10 years, he is out of status, met a beautiful young woman, however, she has 4 children from previous relationship. It would be her 3rd marriage, and his 1st. Her divorce papers have been finalized on march.
Would that be a reason for suspicion.. I mean, 4 kids? She makes 50k a year, he makes about 40, they truly love each other and everything is real...
Would there be any scrutiny/questioning/suspicion during interview, as far as number of children, if so, what potential issues might occur? Many thanks in advance, cheers
