Hi,
My husband concurrently filed I-485 (adjustment of status) and I-824 (follow to join) for me and my minor children. His adjustment of status was approved just recently. The visa bulletin shows that EB-3 Philippines has retrogressed to July 2007 for May 2015. May i know if our pending follow to join will be affected by the visa retrogression? Do we have to await for my husband's priority date again before my children and I will be issued visas to join my husband in the US? I need your advise. Please help.
