Concurrent Filling I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131
Hello, I would like to start off by saying that this forum is the best so far to provide information about anything concerning USCIS. I have used it for my two I-765 previous filing as a Student. Here is my time frame from filing my concurrent 130 and change of status. I also have couple questions.
First I am from Cameroon and actively a professional Basketball Player, I graduated from the University of Memphis which my BS in Civil Engineering and I have been in the USA legally for 9 years with no record and always updated my status to my school. I am current employed with an Engineer Firm using my OPT Stem 17 months extionsion. My company can sponsor me with H-1B but it will take me to long to get a GC. I also get an offer to go to Spain to play professional basketball and that why I am here. I do not want to risk my case by going play but I want to fufil God dream in my heart.
This is the date that are very important to me and my DREAM IS TO PLAY IN OLYMPIC GAME. WHAT SHOULD I DO? My husband is supportive of me going play because he knows how much that mean to me.
July 1st - First Camp with the Cameroon National Basketball Team Preseclection in France
August 1st - 2 nd Camp in Yaounde Cameroon
September 1st - All African Game in Brazzaville, Congo
Septmber 24 th - Afrobasketball / Olympic Qualification Yaounde Cameroon
October 6th - Departure for Palma, Spain
On 20th March I got my married to a wonderful husband whom I love forever. I have sent my package and hoping that God helps me through this process. here is my time frame with my process so far
April 14th 2015 - Mailed Package to Chicago Lockbox
April 15th 2015 - USCIS Recieved Package
April 17th 2015 - 7 emails Stating that my case was accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center ( All 4 forms recieved)
April 17th 2015 - I-485 Fringerprint Fee was Accepted and Our NBC is working on your case
April 20th 2015 - I-130 and I-485 Check cashed
