Can a person with b2 visa apply for concurrent filing of I-130 and I-485 whilst being in the US. I am married to a US citizen and we've been living together for several years in Cabo, Mexico and now we are finally ready to move in to the US. I know that we can file once we are within the US. Can anyone tell me what the first step is apart from sending in I-130 and I-485 together and how long will the process take? And how to add another sponsor for the affidavit of support. Thank you! Really appreciate some help.

I went for interview today with my wife, and she got arrested the moment we got there, they said she got a felony arrest warrant . I had to do the interview alone , I presented all my documents to the officer and I answered all her question. But she said she can't make any decision until my wife is present as she is the one filling for me. She said she is going to reschedule our interview. My concern is whether my wife felony case won't affect my application ???? -

, guy u need immigration Attoney in this ur situation, cos there is no way they can grant u GC in absent of ur wife the petitioner. I urge u keep praying for God intervention, cos her case might likely affect ur application man! Just seek for God's help, he might make things beautiful at the end. Good luck man
