I just had a look at the I-765 I had saved on my computer after I sent it in today together with the whole Adjustment of status package and I noticed that I had missed filling in what I was applying for, which is "Permission to accept employment", also missed fill in what state I live in. This happened because I redid the form this morning, the earlier I had done was correct... Will this delay my whole application now? And especially the Advance Parole which I am in a hurry to get? Is there anything that can be done to correct this now?

so after doing a lot of research i have found out that my i-765 application is going to be rejected since i missed the field about what i am applying for. will this however affect my i-131 application for advance parole since they come on a combined card or will they just send me the solo paper version of the advance parole? can i also reapply for the work permit card after getting the rejection notice? -
Do nothing, wait until you receive your documents, of incompleteness. I doubt they will separated the file; they might but I doubt. Regardless, wait, and in the interim complete another form properly that as documents return, you can forward immediately. Don't forget to put on top the colored letter they send after making a copy of course. Good luck!!Comment
