  • I-485

Hi all, hope someone can assist me in this important part. This is my situation, I am submitting the I-485 adjustment of status for my partner. The first questions I have is that in the form they are asking me what is his immigration status. I don't know what to put for an answer, he just came in to the U.S. Two months ago Using a fiancé visa(K-1), not sure what to put for his "immigration status".

Second questions, I am also submitting the affidavit of support form I-864. Since I don't qualify because of my income. I am adding a second co-sponsor. I will be sending to separate forms. I will be the main sponsor. I am really confused as we have to select an answer in the forms. Me as the main sponsor and my dad as the co-sponsor. This is what it says:

1a. I am the petitioner. I have or am filing for the immigration of my relative.

1b. I filed an alien worker petition on behalf of the intending immigration, who is related to me as my.

1c. I have an ownership interest of at least 5 percent.

1d. I am the only joint sponsor.

1e. I am first or second of two joint sponsors.

I have to choose one for each affidavit of support. Please I need help on what to put for my self as he main sponsor, and for my father as he will be the co-sponsor.

    Thank you very much.

What about the I-485? Will I be required to go to another interview with USCIS?

I believe his status is K-1 Fiance. Are you trying to answer question "Part 2. Application Type" in page 1?

                        I-485

                        Thank you all,

I've been trying to investigate how can I get licensed to help people with immigration forms. I've learned a lot throughout time and want to get certified. I live in Houston, does anyone know what do I need to do?

Thank you very much and hope someone can give me a useful answer.

                        Thank you
