My brother submitted an I-130 for me, upon receiving the approval I applied for an I-485 (because I was ill advised) my priority date was NOT current but I did receive an EAD but it expired. Now 18 years later, my priority date is finally current and I am ready to apply for my I-485. Will there be issues because I had applied before?
