how do i know if i got approved?

so i got my interview on april 17th. it went quite well, IO didn't ask many questions (probably because he saw how big my belly was ).
just standard questions like how we met and if we ever traveled together (omg i just realized that he only asked us two questions!)
buuuuutttt.... he asked for my husband's 1st marriage divorce decree (we only submitted the recent/2nd one) and at that day for one reason and another my I693 wasn't finished!
so he gave us a paper of a list of what documents we were missing and told us to collect them all and send them to him whenever they're ready.

april 22nd i sent those documents with express mail, and according to usps tracking he got the documents on april 23rd.
and now i'm wondering how do i know if i got approved or not? most people got their verdict on the spot, but in my case, i have no idea about the result.
do any of you know if they're going to contact me via email or phone whenever i got approved? or should i call uscis to follow up about the result?

No one knows if your case will be approve or not; we can't even make a judgement, not knowing what you sent. You said, you weren't approved on the spot like others but, if your case is incomplete, an approval on the spot, is very unlikely.
However, the 23rd, is just a few days ago, you wouldn't get a response so quickly and if you submitted ALL that they asked, just think positive. You will get some answers soon.
