We did submit I-485 and I-130 on November, 2014 and had initial interview on Feb 19th, 2015 in Houston. My husband and I were separated during interview. When finish, The IO gave us the letter of reviewing and told us that There is no less than 120 for decision. We are suffering nervous for waiting now. I did come for Infopass on April 16 but there is no news. I just consider that if the USCIS will investigate our case or not? Have anyone been investigated of Marriage yet?
