Green Card Impact - i94
Hi,
My green card was applied in Oct 2014 in EB1 category. Following is my visa status-
Visa valid till: May 2017
I-129S valid till: May 2016
i-94 expiry: July 1st 2015 ( expiring in 2 months)
I dont have Advanced Payrole or EAD applied till now.
I would like to know if I go out out of US enter back to renew i-94 automatically, does it impact my green card filling? Do I still have to get Advanced Payroll even if I have valid visa and petition?
In 2 month now I cant apply for Advanced Payrol, EAD or file i-94 extension as this is too short time window left for me before my i-94 expire. Please suggest
