My company filed H1b last year and this year for me. Last year I didn't get lucky and this year is doubtful too.
My perm was filed in November 2014 and I expect a response in next 2 months. My current STEM OPT ends in December 2015.
I am Rest of world EB2. My question is, Can my company do concurrent filing while I am still in F1? If Yes, does it give me status while it is in process?
My company is a top semiconductor company and Fragomen handles our immigration. Does anyone has experience where Fragomen filed AOS for F1 OPT workers?
