U don't need ur husband for biometric , u have succeeded in ignoring the order. That may not help u in ur case, good luck !Comment

Read my case again I accidentally caused too much delay in my second interview and I believe in the mean time case progressed. So, I hope you will hear from USCIS soon. Unfortunately, there is no good news for my case.
In fact, I am getting more worried than ever because I took an infopass to ask my case and they simply said it needs much more time.
I live in MI and Setroit office is coming from very back for AOS cases despite their effort.
Another problem, recently processing time updated for detroit office and while last approved case was showing as November 2014 for march, now it shows august 2014 for april!I am really worried due to slow progress.
Another (!) thing that made me uncomfortable was the field officer because she spoke as if it is okay even if my case is not approved until September 30. I think she does not know details of diversity lottery.
Hope you live in less populated and/or not a broke state so that you can get your card soon.

Ah, I tell you something excited today. I just got the EAD, so now I can get the SSN then use it for the medical insurance. I have been very sick for 3 weeks but I don't have a SSN that my husband can add me to his insurance.
So now, don't worry about anything. Our I-485 package are good, they don't required any evidence. Just forget them and we will receive it some day.
