So i got a yellow letter in the mail today stating that they need more evidence to continue the adjustment process. Its just me and my wife so i thought 32,000 would be enough. I sent my tax transcript along with pay stubs along with a letter from my manager. Apparently all that was not enough. I want to use my sister as joint sponsor, can i just have her fill out the i-864 and print her transcript off the irs.gov website? She makes about 38,00 a year. Would that be enough?

Hmmm this is weird - if you're not from Alaska and/or Hawaii - than a 2 Person household guidelines is 19,912.00 - What exactly is the letter telling you? You should not need a co sponsor, thats what I find odd. Personally, I'd call USCIS and speak with someone and explain to them you make above the guidelines yet they are seeking more evidence of support.
If you do send all information in again, attach a cover letter explaining the guidelines and that you make more than what the minimum qualification is.

"Submit all supporting tax documentation- W2, 1099s, forms 2555, and all supporting tax schedules to the IRS for the most recent tax year"
I submitted my IRS transcript that i printed off the its website because i thought that would be sufficient enough
Then page 2 saids, "Based on the documents submitted with form i-864, affidative of support, for the petitioner/sponsor, the income did not meet 125% (100% Military) of the poverty guideline for the petitioner household size.
It's only the 2 of us and i make above 32,000 yearly.
I AM SOOO CONFUSE!

Its very worrying and i understand how you are feeling.
But Have you ever claimed any family member while filing for your Taxes? And do you have a copy of the form i864 you submitted just to be sure you didn't make any mistakes while calculating your house hold size cos i personally find that section quite tricky. So make sure the mistake isn't from you before you call or resend the same documents you have sent. Let me know as you go along.

Thanks For responding. I do have i864. I did claim 1 person other than my wife on my tax return. That child spent some time with me but it's not my child. So i guess i will explained that in a letter. I did not submitted any W2s either because i thought the transcript from the IRS would be enough. so i'm planning on submitting my w2 along with form i got from the person i filed my taxes with which breaks everything down. I'm hoping that will be enough.
