I'm a Cuban citizen that was "Paroled into the US per SND/DFO under Cuban Refugee Adjustment Act of 1966" , that is the way my I-94 reads in the back "record of changes " section, after crossing through the San Isidro crossing border.

I don't know which item should I check . My application was rejected after I checked :
    (e) I am a native or citizen of Cuba admitted or paroled into the US after January 1, 1959, and thereafter have been physically present in the US for at least a year.

I am already a permanent resident and am applying to have the date I was granted residence adjusted to the date I originally arrived in the US as a nonimmigrant or parolee, or as of May 2, 1964 whichever date is later , and:
    (i) I am a native or citizen of Cuba and meet the description in (e) above.

Checking (i) was a mistake because I'm not a permanent resident yet.

    Should I checked H ?

    Please help!
