I-485 Processing Time

For spouse and self, I-485 online status has the following message

"On September 7, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

Any advice as to how long would we have to wait for the written decision?

My wife has a similar message on her case status, just that the date is August 29. I think this is just a way of acknowledging receipt of the RFE response.

As to my case, there is no such message. It is the routine stuff.

How long after this message did you receive a response?
Can you share what the response was?
